After placing my order, I received a phone call the following day to confirm my order and additional questions were asked regarding any shower fitments as this affect where the switches are placed. Excellent customer service. A delivery date was agreed and the bath was delivered on that date. The bath is yet to be fitted so I cannot comment on the bath itself. But so far I would not hesitate to use again.

Fast delivery. The delivery driver didn't phone and give me the hours notice of when the bath should arrive as promised, consequently I wasn't able to contact my friends in time to help me unload it, but he brought it to the door for me. Love our bath, got it plumbed in just in time for Christmas. I find I have to push the buttons down a long way in order to switch the jets on and off and don't always get it right first time, but I guess it will just take a bit of getting used to.
